Project Planning, Value Engineering, & Preconstruction Design
We will discuss your priorities and preferences, collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed plans, and
obtain necessary permits and approvals while optimizing quality, cost, and the process to achieve the best value and result.
Design & Construction Estimates
We will price your project, providing estimates based on your requests, design, and selections. Once your estimate is approved, we will move forward.
Begin Construction
Once permits and estimates are approved, construction will commence.
Expect to be present for pre scheduled on-site consults throughout the process.
The Finishing Touches
As construction comes to completion, your home will be cleaned, a final walk-through will be arranged, and final touch ups will be completed before you move in.
